Can I visit Sahabat Bazaar platform (mobile app and website) and browse without giving any personal details?

Yes, you can browse on Sahabat Bazaar website and mobile app without having to provide personal details. However, you will be asked to register for an account if you wish to use the services and functions provided by us on the Sahabat Bazaar website (both web and mobile versions) or the mobile app.

We may share and allow the sharing of your personal data with third parties and affiliates for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy. In sharing your personal data, we strive to ensure that our third parties and affiliates keep your personal data secure and only retain your personal data for as long as your personal data is necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.

What kind of personal data does Sahabat Bazaar collect from me?

During your use of our mobile application website and the provision of our services to you, we may collect the following personal data from your identity data, contact data, account data, transaction data, technical data, profile data, usage data, location data, biometric data as well as marketing and communication data.

How do I deactivate my Sahabat Bazaar account?

You can request to deactivate your Sahabat Bazaar account by contacting us via "Chat Costumer Service". Once you're done, your Sahabat Bazaar account linked to your e-mail address will be disabled.

Deactivating this account means:

• Email address (e-mail) can no longer be used to log in or register sahabatbazaar account

• You will not have access to your customer profile including your reviews and purchase history

Refunds and repayments cannot be processed for orders in this account. Please note that your account cannot be disabled if you have unfulfilled active orders in your account. Please contact us when you have received the order or have cancelled your order and we will be able to assist with your request further.

How do I know how my personal data is used?

Please note that we collect and use your personal data for several purposes. This purpose will depend on the type of personal data we collect from you and your relationship with us, for example, whether you are a buyer or seller on our platform.

How do I update personal data stored on Sahabat Bazaar's website?

Please note that you may change, update or delete all of your personal data, including your profile picture, contact number, personal details, such as address, etc. through your Sahabat Bazaar personal account settings on the Sahabat Bazaar website or mobile app.

How long is the period of storage of personal data, and what criteria are used to determine the retention period?

We retain your personal information for as long as we have a legitimate business need to do so, to provide services or products to you, or as required/permitted by applicable law.

How long your data is stored will depend on how you use our websites and services (e.g., if you log in as a member or you visit our website as a guest) and what information you provide is used for.

What is Sahabat Bazaar's policy on cross-border transfer of personal data?

In disclosing or sending your personal information overseas, we take steps to ensure that the recipient's jurisdiction has a standard of protection of personal information that is comparable or reaches the standards of the sender's jurisdiction.



The product I received is wrong, what should I do?

If the product you received is incorrect, you can return the product according to the shipping address that appears when you fill out the online return form in the Sahabat Bazaar app. We will process the refund once the product is successfully received at the product's return address. To speed up the return process, please pack the product on the original packaging along with all accessories and proof of purchase

Can I return an item for a change of mind?

If you change your mind and want to return an item, please note that this only applies if:

1. Return policy on the grounds of change of mind is allowed (check on the product page)

2. Package has not been opened

3. Seals and labels are still complete

4. The condition of the product has not been used/ used, does not change shape, is not washed

The reasons for the change of mind do not apply to the product categories below:

1. Groceries, examples of food, beverages, etc.

2. Large /bulky size products (e.g. refrigerator, TV), products yes disassembled pairs (customized items), products that require installation.

If I receive an incomplete order what should I do?

If the order received is incomplete you can return the product and request a refund that you have paid. The return process can be contacted chat service every day 24 hours. Customer Care colleagues will immediately serve and assist your complaints.

I received a defective product, what should I do?

Please fill out the online product return form to the seller through the application.

Before you return the product to the seller, please read the return policy.

To speed up the return process, please pack the product on the original packaging along with all accessories and proof of purchase.


If My Order is cancelled by Sahabat Bazaar or Seller, what about My Refund?

If your order is cancelled by Sahabat Bazaar or Seller, we will process for a refund that you have issued to pay for the order.

Please check the transaction page to see the reason for the cancellation. On the Cancellation Details page, you will see: the reason for the cancellation of the order and also to fill in the bank account data. If you have previously stored bank account data in your Sahabat Bazaar account, this can be ignored because it will automatically process the return to the account number that has been saved.

How long does it take for me to receive money from a refund?

Refunds can be processed in case of product returns or cancellations. For your convenience, we offer different return options for you to choose based on the payment method at the time of booking.

we will inform you via email and/or SMS when the refund has been processed, you can also check periodically on your Sahabat Bazaar account. The amount or value of the refund will be stated on your bank account or credit card limit according to the estimated time of each Bank.


How to Check postage when I make an order?

You can check the postage of the order in the section of the product page you want to order.

Is there a specific area that does not enter the delivery area of Sahabat Bazaar?

Sahabat Bazaar Malaysia can make deliveries to all regions of Malaysia. We work with major logistics companies to provide the best service.

My receipt number can't be traced. What should I do?

Tracking information may not be available to you yet, it will be available on H+1 or H+3 business days when our logistics partners have updated their system data. You can also check the order status periodically on your account. here Sahabatbazaar System will be updated daily to provide the best service to check the status of your order

Why is my order still in progress?

In-Process order status has several stages, for example:

1. In preparation on the seller's side

2. Packaging

3. Preparation to be handed over to the delivery service

You can check the web and/or application transaction section or contact the seller via chat to find out where the package details have arrived.

Will I get an email or SMS when My Item will be delivered?


You will get a notification via email as soon as your order is ready to be sent, and an SMS will be sent when the courier delivers the order.

Can my order delivery be expedited?

We're sorry, we can't speed up the delivery process Estimated shipments depending on your Supplier/Merchant and shipping address area. We will send a notification via email and/or SMS if the order has entered the delivery process. Estimated delivery time of retail and marketplace products can be seen in the description of estimates in each product.

Can I schedule a delivery?

We are sorry, our courier service cannot provide a definite delivery schedule, therefore we cannot guarantee the delivery of your order on the specified date and time. We will send you notifications via email, SMS, and/or notifications on the app if your order has entered the delivery process.

For easy and customized delivery schedules, you can add information on whether the address you entered as your work address or home address.

How do I check the length of time the product is delivered?

If you have not made an order, the estimated delivery time will be available on the specifications / summary page of the product you will buy, please select the shipping address area and shipping type first. However, if you have made an order, the estimated shipment will be available on the Order Details page.

What if the shipment has exceeded the estimated time it should be?

In advance, please confirm your delivery date on the Delivery Details page in your Account. If today's date is still within the estimated delivery date, please wait and track your order through the page above. However, if today's date has passed the estimated delivery date on the Delivery Details page, you can contact us.

I just got an email notification that my order has entered the shipping process. When can I receive the order product?

The estimated delivery time of retail and marketplace products depends on the Supplier/Merchant and your shipping region. If you order multiple products it is likely to be shipped separately due to different Suppliers/Merchants. You can also check the status of your order through your Sahabatbazaar account.

I ordered several products, but why do I only receive one email with one delivery receipt number?

Your order products are shipped separately and at different times as we work closely with various Suppliers/Merchants. You can wait and check the Order Status periodically in your Sahabatbazaar account.

Can I take my order at Sahabat Bazaar office?

We do not offer this option karena Sahabat Bazaar is a marketplace and orders will be sent by the seller.

Why are the products I order delivered separately?

Your order products are shipped separately and at different times as we work closely with various Suppliers/Merchants. You can check order status periodically in your account.
